Announcing our Eighteenth Classic Car Show
to be held at Ripon Racecourse on the 29th July 2012

In late July every year we organise a Classic Car show which also includes, motorcycles, car clubs, tractors and specialist car and bike stands. Last year
we had in excess of 700 exhibitors on the field of all types and styles.
We have a number of other activities taking place on the day including, children’s entertainment, stalls and trade stands of all descriptions, auto jumble,
raffle, tombola, good food cooked by the local guides and much more. You can even buy a new car if you wish from our supportive local dealer network. Each
year the event builds and is more popular. Thousands of local people come and take part; we also get visitors from all over the country, some bringing their
cherished classic vehicles to show. Local accommodation is inexpensive and there are local camping facilities for those that need it.
We are a non profit organisation with all monies raised going to one major charity; nominated each year by the Committee, with a smaller amount donated to a
number of smaller local charities. For 2012, the nominated charity is the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. So if you are keen to see one of the most popular events in
the area and fancy a good day out, come and see us.
Sunday July the 29th 2012, is the day, gates open at 10:00 am and judging starts at approximately midday for those that feel confident enough to enter.
Directions are simple; leave the A1 at junction 48 Boroughbridge, and follow the Ripon signs bringing you to the B6265. The Race Course is the first thing
you see as you approach the outskirts of Ripon approximately 5 miles from the A1.
If you wish to join us as an exhibitor, pick the correct entry form from the on page links and send it to the address shown on the form. The exhibitor fee,
if pre-booked is £3.00, but you can come as a late entry on the day. The late entry fee is £5.00.
Similarly, if you are a trader and would like to apply for a stall, select the Trade Stand or Auto Jumble application form.
If you just fancy a good day out for the whole family, we have ample free parking and a very modest entry fee of £4.00 per person with children under 14 free
if accompanying an adult.
